These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the mobile application Ghibli AI: Image Art Studio (the "Application") developed and operated by FinFace.ai (the "Service Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). The Application is offered as a Freemium service: basic features are free; premium features are available via optional, paid subscriptions processed through Google Play Billing.

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use and uninstall the Application immediately.

1) Acceptance of Terms & User Responsibilities

By using the Application, you accept full responsibility for your actions and usage. It is strongly advised that you read these Terms carefully before use.

Prohibited activities (without limitation):

Intellectual property notice: All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the sole property of FinFace.ai or its licensors. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

2) Nature of the Service

The Application provides creative tools for generating AI-based art, editing images, and accessing visual enhancement features using artificial intelligence and machine learning models based on user inputs.

The Application is available globally; certain features may be limited by region, device compatibility, platform policies, or internet connectivity.

We continuously improve and update the Application to enhance user experience, fix issues, and maintain compliance with platform policies.

3) Service Charges & Modifications

We may modify, add, or discontinue any feature of the Application at any time, and we may introduce new free or paid functionalities.

Pricing adjustments for subscriptions or in-app purchases may occur; changes will be communicated in-app or via Google Play before taking effect.

We will never charge you without your clear consent. All pricing and billing are displayed and processed via Google Play Billing.

We aim to keep the Application beneficial and efficient, but we reserve the right to charge for services or modify the Application at any time with appropriate notice via the store listing.

4) Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, Cancellation, Price Changes

Subscription plans:

Weekly, monthly, and yearly options (current pricing shown within the Application). Premium features may include, without limitation:

Free trials (if offered): The duration (e.g., 3 or 7 days) will be shown in-app. After the trial, subscriptions auto-renew into the selected paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment: Processed via your Google Play account at purchase confirmation; transactions are governed by Google Play billing policies.

Price changes: May occur and will apply only after your current billing period ends. You'll see new prices in-app and can cancel before renewal.

5) Refunds

All payments and refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play under its terms and refund policy. FinFace.ai does not issue direct refunds.

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or billed unexpectedly:

We cannot manually process refunds since all transactions occur through Google's billing system.

To provide, maintain, and improve the service, the Application may collect and process certain data, such as:

Device security: You are responsible for safeguarding your device and login credentials. We strongly discourage jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction or fail.

We are not responsible for reduced functionality due to poor connectivity, data plan limits, or network restrictions.

If you are not the device's bill payer, you represent that you have obtained permission from the bill payer before using the Application.

You are responsible for keeping your device in good working order and adequately charged.

We are not responsible for loss of access or functionality caused by device damage, battery depletion, or incompatibility with new versions of the Application or the operating system.

10) Updates, Compatibility, Maintenance & Discontinuation

We may release updates to improve performance, fix bugs, or comply with platform requirements. You agree to install updates when available to ensure proper functionality.

While we aim to maintain compatibility, we cannot guarantee support for older OS versions indefinitely.

We may discontinue or terminate the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon discontinuation or termination:

All IP related to the Application (software, AI models, data, design, text, graphics, audio, visuals) is owned by FinFace.ai or its licensors.

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
